Simpro HubSpot integration, scoped around how you work
A Simpro HubSpot integration lets your sales team and your service team work from the same customer record. We plan it, build it through middleware and stay to look after it.

What is a Simpro HubSpot integration?
A Simpro HubSpot integration connects HubSpot, where your marketing and sales run, to Simpro, where your quotes, jobs and invoices run, so both teams share one customer record. Big Presence, a Simpro partner and HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner, would scope it around your process and run it through a middleware layer.
- Who would build it: Big Presence, a Simpro partner and a HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner, based in Wilmslow, Cheshire.
- Field service partners: the only business that is a partner of both BigChange and Simpro.
- What Simpro offers: a REST API and webhooks, which a Simpro administrator sets up.
- How it is built: through middleware, so an API change means an update, not a rebuild.
- Price: fixed once scoped. New scope gets a new estimate.
- After launch: we host and support it, or hand over the working code.

Why connect Simpro to HubSpot?
Simpro runs quoting, jobs and invoicing for many trade and service businesses. So if sales live in HubSpot, the two systems must agree on the customer. Without a link, however, you see this:
Customers keyed in twice
Someone copies a new customer from HubSpot into Simpro by hand. As a result, spellings drift and records split.
Sales cannot see the work
Once a deal is won, the sales team loses sight of it. Instead, they have to ask the office what happened next.
Marketing works blind
You cannot tell which campaigns led to the quotes and jobs your engineers deliver.
Two versions of the truth
Pipeline and job figures come from different systems, so nobody agrees whose number is right.
What data could a Simpro HubSpot integration move?
Every Simpro to HubSpot project starts from your process, so the flows below are a starting point, not a fixed product. In addition, Simpro-specific flows are confirmed with you at scoping.
| From | To | What moves | Direction |
|---|---|---|---|
| HubSpot | Simpro | Customer, site and contact details from won deals | One way |
| HubSpot | Simpro | New enquiries passed to the estimating team as leads or quotes | One way |
| Simpro | HubSpot | Quote and job status, so sales can see progress | Back to HubSpot |
| Simpro | HubSpot | Invoice status against the original deal | Back to HubSpot |
| HubSpot | Simpro | Other records and fields agreed at scoping, through our middleware | Two way |
Simpro publishes a REST API. An API is the doorway one system uses to read and write data in another. Simpro’s API documentation lists endpoints for customers, contacts, sites, leads, quotes, jobs and invoices. It also offers webhooks, which tell another system when something changes, and an administrator sets these up inside Simpro.
Simpro’s own HubSpot integration page says the connection is delivered by third-party partners. Meanwhile, HubSpot has its own developer API on the other side.
How is a Simpro HubSpot integration built?
Scope
First, we learn how a lead becomes a quote, a job and an invoice in your business. Then we agree a fixed price.
Map
We decide which system owns each field, how records match across the two, and what should trigger an update.
Build and test
Next, we build the middleware against test data. Your team then runs user acceptance testing before anything goes live.
Host and support
Finally, once it is live, we keep watch. Support continues through a monthly package.
How would Big Presence build a Simpro HubSpot integration?
We would build your Simpro integration the same way we build our BigChange integrations. That is because the method comes from our work with BigChange, where we have built several BigChange to HubSpot integrations, for clients from £1m to £50m+ turnover. You can read about that work on our BigChange HubSpot integration page.
Middleware, not a direct wire
The integration runs through a middleware layer between HubSpot and Simpro. So if either platform changes its API, we update the middleware instead of rebuilding.
One owner for every field
We agree which system owns each piece of data before we write any code. As a result, the two systems do not overwrite each other.
Tested by your team before go live
We follow the same path every time: scope, map the data, build and test, your user acceptance testing, go live, then ongoing support.
Why choose Big Presence for Simpro and HubSpot?
We are a revenue operations partner, not just a HubSpot implementer.
Partners of Simpro and HubSpot
We are a Simpro partner and a HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner, based in Wilmslow, Cheshire.
Both field service platforms
We are the only business that is a partner of both BigChange and Simpro. So we know how field service software and HubSpot fit together.
Field service build experience
Our BigChange and HubSpot work shaped the process we use for Simpro.
Who hosts and supports a Simpro HubSpot integration?
We run it for you
We host the middleware and look after it. That covers monitoring, fixing breakages, handling API changes and rotating keys.
You run it yourself
If your IT team prefers to host it, we hand over the working code and the repository.
Ongoing support comes through a monthly support package: Big, Bigger or Biggest. We then recommend one once we know the size of the build.
Simpro HubSpot integration FAQs
How much does a Simpro HubSpot integration cost?
A Simpro HubSpot integration typically costs between £3,000 and £8,000 plus VAT when it connects one system to HubSpot, and between £10,000 and £30,000 plus VAT for multi-system builds or complex two-way logic. Most go live in 3 to 8 weeks. We confirm a fixed price once the project is scoped, and new scope gets a new estimate.
How long does it take?
The timeline for a Simpro HubSpot integration depends on the number of data flows and how tidy your existing records are. We give you a timeline at the end of scoping, once we know what the build involves.
Should we use BigChange or Simpro with HubSpot?
BigChange and Simpro can both work well alongside HubSpot. We are a partner of both, so we have no reason to push you one way. The right choice depends on your trade, how you quote and schedule work, and what your team already knows. If you already run one of them, we connect HubSpot to the system you have.
Does Simpro have a built-in HubSpot connection?
Simpro’s HubSpot page says the integration is delivered through third-party partners. A custom build through middleware lets us match the integration to your own process and fields.
Is Simpro’s own CRM enough, or do we need HubSpot too?
Simpro includes customer management (CRM) features for the service side. Many teams still use HubSpot for marketing and sales. A Simpro CRM integration with HubSpot lets each system do its own job while sharing the data both need.
Who hosts the middleware?
The middleware for a Simpro HubSpot integration can be hosted by Big Presence or by you. If we host it, we look after it. If you host it, we hand over the working code and repository.
What do you need from us to start?
To start a Simpro HubSpot integration, Big Presence needs access to the software, API documentation or credentials, a test account where possible, and information within 5 working days of asking. In Simpro, an administrator usually needs to set up API access and webhook subscriptions.
